“I thrive in the space between curiosity and craft—and I bring that energy to everything I do.”
Allow me to introduce myself.
I began my career in graphic design, where I fell in love with type, layout, and the problem-solving side of visual communication. But what pulled me toward UX was a deeper interest in human behavior—why people act the way they do, how they move through systems, and what they actually need. I’m drawn to the intersection of design, psychology, and service.
Today, I lead UX teams working on high-impact, high-complexity problems. I specialize in bringing structure to ambiguity, clarity to complexity, and momentum to cross-functional work. My leadership style is collaborative, direct, and rooted in trust. I build teams that feel safe, supported, and empowered—where we give a damn about the humans we’re designing for, and about each other.
I’m a glass-half-full kind of person who thrives on new experiences and learning through others’ eyes. My dream vacation involves a trailhead, an alpine lake, or a river that’s just a little too wild to swim in. I collect animals (we have six), antique portraits, houseplants, and good tattoos. I thrive in the space between curiosity and craft—and I bring that energy to everything I do.
