A critical enterprise client relationship was at risk. The claims platform was collapsing under years of technical debt. I led a 12-month, 37-person cross-functional initiative to rebuild it from the ground up, on time, under constraints, and at scale.
We thought photographers were churning because of missing features. Forty interviews later, we'd found the real problem, and used that insight to build a design system that actually fixed it.
A platform two years in the making had stalled. Executive leadership was ready to sunset it. I was brought in to reset momentum, realign 43 cross-functional partners, and get the NextGen Portal to launch, with a fixed deadline and no room to fail.
